EY Portugal has opened a new 3,500 m² office in Icon Tower, Porto, tripling its previous space and accommodating over 400 employees. The office design draws inspiration from the city’s urban and natural environment, blending technology, sustainability, and modern architecture to support collaboration, productivity, and well-being.
Located near the Francos interchange, the space offers easy access to transport, services, and leisure facilities, improving both mobility and quality of life for employees. The office’s floors are themed after Porto neighborhoods-Fontaínhas, Aliados, Bolhão, Boavista, Ribeira, and Foz-reflecting the city’s identity through colors, textures, and materials.
Miguel Farinha, Country Managing Partner, emphasizes that the office is “more than a workplace; it’s a space of well-being and belonging,” designed to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen community connections, and foster a collaborative culture aligned with EY’s vision for the future of work.
