Edgar Zattar Dominoni Neto has joined Conversys IT Solutions as the new Director of Innovation and New Business. With over 20 years of experience in the tech and financial sectors, Neto brings a strong background in digital transformation and cybersecurity.
He most recently served as Technology Director at XP, and previously held leadership roles at Banco Modal, where he was Director of Technology and Cybersecurity, and at Inter, as Senior Technology Manager. His career also includes positions such as CIO at Aviva and Head of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity at Callink.
Beyond the corporate world, he was a professor at Triângulo University Center in Uberlândia from 2013 to 2016. He has also worked with companies like Vertice Tecnologia, Algar Mídia, CTBC, Policard, and Zillion Tecnologia.
After a six-month sabbatical, Neto joins Conversys to lead its innovation strategy and new business development.
Founded in 2016 and based in São Paulo, Conversys IT Solutions operates across Brazil, the U.S., Chile, and Portugal. The company partners with tech leaders like VMWare, AWS, HPE, Dell, IBM, and Fortinet, and counts HPE, Mercado Livre, Banco Modal, and Learning Village among its clients.
