French consulting firm eXalt-Fi, with 1,300 employees, is opening offices in Lisbon and Porto to grow its AI engineering team. The firm is actively recruiting Python and Java developers for hybrid roles, split 50/50 between in-person and remote work.
Currently, eXalt-Fi’s Portugal team includes 23 engineers, complementing 20 colleagues in the UK and Paris, as the company strengthens its international AI capabilities.
