Their Neotalent Conclusion branch just opened a new office in the Trinity Porto complex. They've been working with people and businesses in northern Portugal for ten years, and this new space can hold their current 115 workers. Plus, they're planning to hire 50 more in the next couple of years, bringing their Porto team to 165.
This Porto office will work like other Conclusion offices, housing the Neotalent Conclusion team first but open to others in the group. Célia Vieira, the CEO in charge of Iberian plans, says this move strengthens their ties with the local tech scene and shows how important Porto is to the group.
Conclusion's main Lisbon office has around 850 people from Neotalent Conclusion, which does IT hiring and services, and Score Conclusion, which specializes in SAP work. The Dutch group, located in Utrecht, has over 30 companies and about 4,500 workers around the globe, operating in Benelux, DACH, and Iberia.
They want to hit €2 billion in global sales by 2030 and plan to grow in Iberia by expanding on their own and buying other businesses, like the recent €51 million purchase of Novabase's hiring business.
