Carlos Cardoso joined JLL in 2010 as Director of the Architecture Department. In 2015, he became Commercial Director at Tétris and, two years later, was appointed Head of Office Development, leading the growth of Tétris’ office segment until 2020.
In 2021, he was named Managing Director of Tétris Portugal, overseeing operations nationwide. With deep expertise in the office market, Carlos built his career in Architecture and Project Management, with a strong focus on Fit-out, Retail, and Hospitality.
In July 2024, he was appointed CEO of JLL Portugal.
Carlos holds a degree in Architecture from Lusíada University in Lisbon (2002).
