Arquiconsult, the Portuguese technology consultancy specializing in management, collaboration, and business intelligence systems, has relaunched its sales process, according to sources familiar with the situation. The company is currently evaluating three significant purchase proposals. After a prolonged sales process that began a year ago, Arquiconsult is now looking to expedite the transaction, with decisions on legal advisors to be made in the coming stages.
The company, which has seen substantial growth in recent years, including a 2023 turnover of 21.9 million euros, has expanded its footprint internationally, with offices in Spain, Angola, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Arquiconsult has been strategically focusing on consolidating its presence in the Iberian market and continues to be a key partner of Microsoft for ERP software solutions.
Despite ongoing discussions with law firms, the company has ruled out a proposal from Italian private equity firm 21 Invest, which was the only publicly known interested fund last year.
