Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work hands-on with application technologies, ensuring technical quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support architectural decisions and contribute to the definition of best practices.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective and robust solutions.
• Identify, document, and manage technical debt through a structured technical debt backlog.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for applications.
• Support infrastructure change requests and ensure alignment with project and application needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and global teams in complex delivery environments.
• Promote high standards of software quality, security, performance, and reliability.
• Contribute to strategic projects, ensuring technical alignment with business goals.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Up to 15 years of experience in the relevant platform, language, technology, or framework.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar technical leadership role.
• Experience designing complex software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with the relevant application technologies.
• Technical background in GCP, Angular, and Java.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in collaborative environments and with global teams.
• Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to delivery quality and technical excellence.
• Experience in strategic projects.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market.
• Knowledge of GDPR/RGPD requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Portuguese language skills.
• Experience working in hybrid models with presence in client offices.
• Experience leading teams in international or distributed environments.
• Experience managing technical debt and infrastructure change requests.
• Experience in enterprise IT or digital transformation projects.
