For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Backend Developer
• Design and implement backend architectures with Spring Boot, ensuring reliability and performance across distributed enterprise environments.
• Build agentic systems and AI-driven workflows using Spring AI or LangChain4j, integrating intelligent automation into core backend services.
• Apply prompt engineering best practices to optimize LLM behavior, improving accuracy, consistency, and task-specific performance in retail use cases.
• Demonstrate ownership of technical decisions within complex backend projects, contributing to architecture discussions and guiding implementation from design through delivery.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1)
• Availability for a remote regime, based in Portugal (candidates should be based in Portugal and Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit is required).
