Role Purpose

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions across both frontend and backend systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies and contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards

- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development velocity and code quality

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

- Implement and maintain automated testing to ensure code quality and reliability

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React (including hooks, context, and state management)

- Strong experience with backend development using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API)

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL

- Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core, plus knowledge of MongoDB

- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform

- Enthusiasm for and experience with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and agentic coding practices

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Desirable Skills

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Understanding of security best practices and OWASP guidelines

- Demonstrable experience integrating AI tools into development workflows

- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector
