Tech Lead Warrior

Our Development tribe is looking for a Senior Tech Lead

The skills we are looking for in you:

• Proven experience in leading technical teams;
• Solid experience in designing and architecting complex solutions;
• Proficiency in Java, focusing on versions 8 and 11;
• Experience in Quarkus, TypeScript, and JCF – with the ability to 'translate' old code to modern architectures;
• Profile with greater specialization in Backend than in Frontend;
• Experience with Oracle databases 16 or higher;
• Academic background in Computer Engineering or similar.

What you will do in your day-to-day:

• Assume the technical coordination of the team, ensuring alignment and quality of deliveries;
• Define and design the architecture of the solutions, ensuring their scalability and robustness;
• Lead the development (main focus on Backend) and supervise critical data migration processes;
• Ensure the technological evolution of the stack, transforming legacy systems into innovative solutions;
• Act as a technical mentor, promoting best software engineering practices.
