Project Manager WARRIOR

Our Governance tribe is looking for a Senior Project Manager

The skills we are looking for in you:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or equivalent areas;
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Project Management — with a special focus on digital channels or core/legacy systems;
• At least 2 years of experience in Functional and/or Business Analysis;
• PMP (PMI) or IPMA certification (Level C or D);
• Fluency in English and excellent command of European Portuguese.
• Familiarity with MS Project or Daptiv would be a great asset;
• Professional experience in the banking sector is highly valued.

What you will do on a daily basis:

• Define business needs aligned with functional requirements, designing the best solution for the Tribe;
• Plan the project end-to-end, ensuring strict adherence to the baseline (timelines, costs, and scope);
• Ensure flawless execution of all processes, methodologies, and project management policies;
• Identify, manage, and proactively monitor risks before they become issues;
• Closely monitor the testing phase, ensuring that the final product meets the required certification standards.
