PROJECT MANAGER WARRIOR

Our Governance tribe is looking for a Senior Project Manager

The skills we seek in you:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or equivalent fields;
• Minimum of 7 years experience in IT Project Management — with a special focus on digital channels or legacy systems;
• At least 2 years of experience in Functional and/or Business Analysis;
• PMP (PMI) or IPMA certification (Level C or D);
• Fluency in English and excellent command of European Portuguese.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Daptiv will be a great asset;
• Professional experience in the banking sector is highly valued.

What you will do in your day-to-day:

• Define business needs aligned with functional requirements, designing the best solution for the Tribe;
• Plan the project from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to the baseline (timeline, costs and scope);
• Ensure the perfect execution of all project management processes, methodologies, and policies;
• Proactively identify, manage, and monitor risks before they become issues;
• Closely monitor the testing phase, ensuring that the final product meets the required certification standards.
