Product Owner / OutSystems 11 Warrior

Our Development tribe is looking for a Product Owner / OutSystems Specialist

The skills we are looking for in you:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Tech Lead, Architect or Specialist Developer in OutSystems, with solid experience on the OutSystems 11 platform (or later versions);
  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Owner roles, responsible for managing requirements and backlog;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management (Waterfall) and/or as a Scrum Master;
  • Fluency in English (oral and written);
  • Certifications in OutSystems (preferably OutSystems 11 or higher), Product Owner, PMP/IPMA or Scrum Master will be appreciated.

What you will do in your day-to-day:

  • Analyze, detail, specify and prioritize the requirements and needs addressed by the client to the development team;
  • Guide and support the OutSystems team in defining the best architecture and technical approach to address challenges;
  • Plan and manage the projects and tasks of the team, ensuring deadlines and quality go hand in hand;
  • Act as the right-hand person to the current person in charge of Tribetech at Gen Re, ensuring operational alignment and account success.
