GenAI Platform Engineer WARRIOR

Our Analytics tribe is looking for a GenAI Platform Engineer warrior.

The skills we are looking for in you:

• Minimum of 3 years of solid experience, strictly following SOLID principles and design patterns;
• Practical knowledge of Azure AI Services;
• Real experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks;
• Practical experience with Azure AI Search, pgvector, Chroma, Pinecone, or similar;
• Mastery of REST APIs and integration with enterprise systems like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub;
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Terraform;
• Knowledge in access management and authentication (Azure AD, OAuth2, RBAC).

What you will do in your day-to-day:

• Implement the LLM gateway and develop the internal SDK with abstractions of agents and memory interfaces;
• Create RAG pipelines with hybrid search and connect Knowledge Graphs with persistent memory to the enterprise ecosystem;
• Implement output guardrails, masking sensitive data (Microsoft Presidio, Azure Content Safety) and active protection against prompt injection;
• Set up invocation dashboards, structured logging, circuit breaker mechanisms, and Human-in-the-Loop flows via Teams Adaptive Cards;
• Integrate the platform with CI/CD pipelines for the continuous and automated delivery of agents.
