GenAI Platform Architect WARRIOR

Our Analytics tribe is looking for a GenAI Platform Architect warrior.

The skills we are looking for in you:

• Minimum of 5 years in AI/ML solution architecture in complex corporate environments;
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud or equivalents, with in-depth knowledge of reference models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.);
• Practical experience in RAG and Agentic RAG (chunking, embeddings, and vector stores like Azure AI Search or pgvector);
• Mastery of tools like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Agent Framework;
• Python as the main language, applying SOLID principles and design patterns to AI systems;
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, APIs (REST/GraphQL), Kubernetes, and established DevOps/MLOps practices (Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).

What you will do in your day-to-day:

• Define the end-to-end agentic reference architecture and design the SDK and internal API contracts of the platform;
• Ensure full compliance with the EU AI Act, specifying output guardrails, masking sensitive data, RBAC, and protection against prompt injection;
• Implement automatic controls in the SDLC, establish ROI metrics per agent, and monitor productivity and volume dashboards;
• Act as the technical authority with the client, collaborate in prioritizing the backlog with the PO, and mentor the team engineers.

Salary between 36k and 44k gross annually, adjusted to experience.
