Delivery Manager Warrior

Our Governance tribe is looking for a Delivery Manager! The skills we seek in you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar fields;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach focused on structures and organizational areas;
• Practical knowledge of agility frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum), or Nexus;
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager (Waterfall), or even as a Programmer will be a significant advantage;
• Background in transformation processes and agility adoption in complex sectors (Banking, insurance, or large industries) will be valued;
• Certifications in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban or Lean, as well as proficiency in Azure DevOps / Azure Boards from the user perspective;
• Good knowledge of English and Portuguese.

What you will do in your day-to-day:

• Define, structure and improve the organization of the Engineering and Platforms area (responsible for integrations, workflows, etc.);
• Provide coaching and mentoring to warriors (internally and externally), enhancing the technical and methodological growth of the team;
• Measure and evolve the efficiency of the area, ensuring the perfect balance between the delivery of new projects and Run (support, maintenance, and reduction of technical debt);
• Support and measure the maturity of continuous delivery processes;
• Propose strategic improvements to evolve work methods, whether operating in Agile ecosystems (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or Waterfall.

Salary between 36k and 42k gross per year, adjusted to experience.
