Senior Smart Automation & Agentic AI Developer

TARBASE is hiring a Senior Smart Automation & Agentic AI Developer (Dataiku) to join the team. We are a young, professional and passionate team with projects deployed all around the world.

Requirements

• Bs in Computer Science, Engineering, another science or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in software development, process automation or data engineering
• Mandatory certification on the Dataiku platform (Developer or Advanced Developer)
• Expert in Dataiku for data pipelines, workflow automation, orchestration and integration with APIs and external systems
• Experience with Dataiku LLM Mesh to integrate LLMs into automated workflows
• Experience designing and implementing AI agents to execute or assist tasks within automated processes
• Strong foundation in prompt engineering (structuring, contextualization, instruction and constraint management)
• Ability to code and script (Python)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and DevOps / deployment automation

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with workflow governance, monitoring and deployment automation
• Experience defining development and architecture standards for automation
• Experience mentoring junior technical profiles
