What your main responsibilities will be:

- Performing product technical support tasks for clients/operators;

- Ensuring follow-up on requests;

- Ensuring defined response times;

- Ensuring good communication and service;

- Contributing to a proactive, focused, and cohesive environment among all departments.

Profile and requirements:

- Minimum qualifications at the level of the 12th grade;

- Language requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven proficiency at the C2 level in both languages;

- Availability to work in shifts;

- Previous experience in the industry (preferred);

- Experience in providing support and/or maintenance (preferred);

- Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, or similar (preferred);

- Good problem-solving skills;

- Team spirit, proactivity, and dynamism
