What will your main responsibilities be:
- Execution of assigned tasks following instructions from the team leader and integration engineer;
- Follow the planning of integration tasks;
- Attendance and adherence to start and end times, breaks, and duration of assigned tasks;
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition;
- Ensure that all onboard system configuration procedures, network architectures, and video processing and distribution systems are implemented on aircraft according to the guidelines provided by the engineering department;
- Manage databases, implement configuration procedures and programming of onboard systems, network architecture configuration, and video processing and distribution systems configuration and programming;
- Document, whenever required or necessary, the applied configuration procedures;
- Regularly follow the developments produced by the onboard systems engineering team at CDR (new software versions, new network configurations, new configuration procedures, mitigation, and resolution of bugs);
- Meet defined production and delivery deadlines;
- Maintain a good relationship and assertive communication with team members;
- Implement instructions received from your superiors;
- Contribute to being part of a motivated, productive, and disciplined team.
Profile and requirements:
- Minimum education: Completed 12th grade;
- Solid knowledge of Linux (intermediate to advanced level):
- Mastery of basic commands;
- Ability to create and modify system services;
- Manual software installation;
- Analysis and interpretation of operating system logs;
- Logical reasoning and critical spirit;
- Ability to identify and solve technical problems in a structured manner;
- Proactive in suggesting improvements that prevent future failures.
- Ability to follow technical and production procedures rigorously.
- Basic knowledge of electronics or electrical systems.
- Basic knowledge of networks (IP configuration, SSH, connectivity troubleshooting);
- Knowledge of UDP, TCP, SERIAL protocols and debugging tools like Wireshark, TCPDump.
- Knowledge in the analysis of technical information;
- Ease of communication and understanding;
- Language requirements: Advanced mastery of Portuguese and basic knowledge of technical English.
- Ability to organize and plan;
- Goal-oriented.
