What will be your main responsibilities:

- Ensure administrative and commercial tasks supporting the procurement area.

- Request quotes from suppliers.

- Process and track purchase orders.

- Support in supplier management.

Profile and requirements:

- 12th-grade education.

- Experience in the administrative support area for procurement will be valued.

- Good analytical, organizational, planning and responsibility skills.

- Ease of interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and communication.

- Versatility, proactivity, and dynamism.

- Language requirements: proven proficiency at C2 level in Portuguese and proven proficiency at B2 level in English.

- Team spirit and good integration capacity.

- High sense of responsibility, task organization and planning, and deadline management.
