What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients in tech and innovation sectors;
  • Identify business opportunities and oversee the entire sales cycle;
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure tailored and efficient solutions;
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders, negotiate proposals, and monitor ongoing projects;
  • Monitor business metrics and report on portfolio performance;
  • Promote Syffer's market positioning, guided by our core values of trust, inclusion and excellence.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in sales or account management roles within IT or consulting (preferably outsourcing);
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships;
  • Results-driven, with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence;
  • Knowledge of the tech market in Portugal (a strong plus);
  • Proficient in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and talent management platforms;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
