About the Role

We are looking for an IT Platform Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Automation Engineer, or DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on scripting, automation, and Infrastructure as Code. The role involves managing hybrid cloud environments with an emphasis on AWS services and Nutanix infrastructure, promoting operational efficiency through modern DevOps practices and containerization.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years as a Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Automation Engineer, or DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on scripting and automation.

- Proven experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).

- Experience in hybrid cloud services and AWS (EC2, RDS, ECS, ELB, Lambda, etc.).

- Relevant experience with Nutanix (significant differentiator).

Technical Skills

- Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or Rundeck.

- CI/CD and pipelines: knowledge of Git and DevOps practices.

- Containerization (desired): Docker, Kubernetes.

- Linux Administration (a plus).

Education

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
