We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality data solutions for both Business and Studio. This role combines data modeling, pipeline development, API creation, and collaboration across business and technical teams.

đź’» Responsibilities

• Work as a Data Engineer focusing on data deliverables for Business and Studio.

• Design and build data models to support Data Science, Business Intelligence, and downstream data sets.

• Build APIs and data products to integrate data across systems and processes.

• Monitor data pipelines and communicate any issues to leadership and partners.

• Collaborate with business partners and developers to ensure proper requirements are documented and agreed upon.

• Partner with developers and leadership to coordinate cross-functional and cross-team initiatives.

đź§  What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Data Quality Engineer in a fast-paced environment.

• Expert in SQL and SQL-like query languages.

• Strong expertise in Python, with experience organizing Python-based projects.

• Extensive experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks.

• Solid experience with ETL and ELT processes.

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud and its services.

• Strong understanding of different data modeling methodologies (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault).

đź§° Plus (not required but valued)

• Experience defining and implementing automated unit and integration testing frameworks for data projects.

• Previous experience as a Business Intelligence or Business Analyst.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Experience with Tableau.

• Experience with CI/CD automation using GitLab.

• Experience with batch and streaming data pipelines.

• Experience ingesting data from 3rd party vendors via APIs.

• Experience integrating data platforms into observability tools.

• Excellent collaboration skills, adapting communication for different audiences and ensuring alignment between developers, partners, and leadership.
