Data intelligence analyst & engineer

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will identify, extract, and transform data from source systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) to create digital twins of our business processes
• You will analyze process variants, identify bottlenecks, and calculate business cases for process optimization
• You will build and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data models that serve as the foundation for real-time dashboards
• You will collaborate with functional departments to develop concepts for process improvement (e.g., via AI, RPA or workflow adjustments)
• You will present your findings clearly and support the implementation of process changes

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education: Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science and/or Business Administration with a technical focus, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience: Proven experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio, or MEHRWERK)
• Tools & Platforms: Strong proficient in SQL/PQL and experienced with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau — knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and Python is a plus
• Knowledge: You are proficient in complex process analysis methods (Lean Six Sigma is a plus) and have a deep understanding of ERP landscapes
• Soft Skills: You possess strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to explain complex issues in a simple and clear way
• Languages: Fluency in English (German skills would be a plus)
