Randstad Digital is hiring a SAP Technical Lead for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.
Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

- Define and design technical architectures for SAP S/4HANA extensions and SAP BTP ecosystems.
- Architect scalable solutions leveraging ABAP RESTful (RAP), CDS Views, extensibility frameworks, and BTP services.
- Establish robust integration patterns between SAP core and diverse external platforms, including third-party APIs, legacy systems, and cloud environments.
- Lead the end-to-end (E2E) development lifecycle, from initial technical scoping to code review, testing, and deployment.
- Enforce high standards for security, code quality, and comprehensive technical documentation across all delivery streams.
- Oversee integration workflows with automation platforms and diverse cloud service providers.
- Champion DevOps methodologies using Azure DevOps, GIT repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and proactive monitoring of mission-critical production environments.
- Drive the Clean Core strategy to minimize technical debt and future-proof the S/4HANA landscape.
- Coordinate developers, technical specialists, and external partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and collaborative workflows.
- Manage team capacity, technical prioritization, and the overall development roadmap.
- Promote engineering excellence and mentor the team on emerging SAP technologies and best practices.
requisitos/requirements
- +7 years in SAP development, solution architecture, and integration in S/4HANA environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern ABAP (Eclipse/ADT), RAP, OData, CDS, and S/4HANA extensibility.
- Deep knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, and Event Mesh.
- Practical experience integrating with manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and modern integration patterns (REST APIs, events).
- Programming skills in ABAP, Java, C#, and JavaScript (preferred).
- Proven experience managing technical teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to define a technical vision, guide the team, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Experience in industrial environments or SAP modules such as MM, PP, PM, QM, EWM, MES/WMS (Pus).
