Randstad Digital is recruiting a SAP Business Intelligence Specialist (BW/4HANA & SAC) for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

As a SAP Business Intelligence Specialist (BW/4HANA & SAC), you will join their IT team, ensuring the performance and evolution of our global reporting systems. You will work in an international environment developing SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions, supporting business analysts, and contributing to the BI architecture.

Develop, maintain, and improve reporting solutions using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BDC, and Power BI.
Analyze requirements, design data models, and implement BI solutions.
Support BI projects and collaborate with business analysts.
Contribute to BI architecture and introduce new technologies.
Identify issues proactively and drive process improvements.
Ensure compliance with automotive quality, environment, health & safety standards.
Promote best practices and cross-team collaboration.

requisitos/requirements

3 years of experience in SAP BI, BW/4HANA, or similar reporting environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP BW on HANA, SAC, and SAP data modeling.
Experience with ABAP for BI development and SAP Analysis for Office/Business Objects.
Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and SAP authorizations.
Analytical mindset, customer focus, initiative, and strong communication skills.
SAP or BI certifications are a plus.
Fluency in English.
