descrição da função/job description
- Lead and support multiple squads, ensuring consistent and reliable delivery.
- Work with tech leads and architects on system design and technical decisions.
- Help teams build scalable and resilient services on Azure.
- Drive engineering excellence across CI/CD, test engineering, and developer experience.
- Improve how teams build and ship software (standards, frameworks, workflows).
- Coach and develop engineers and tech leads.
requisitos/requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams or multiple squads.
- Strong background in system design and cloud (Azure preferred).
- Ability to balance delivery, technical quality, and team health.
- Experience improving engineering practices and consistency across teams.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to go deep when needed.
- Azure-native architecture (microservices, event-driven).
- CI/CD owned by engineering teams.
- Mix of greenfield development and platform evolution.
- .NET, React, React Native.
