IT Technician (Systems Administration )

Position: IT Technician (Systems Administration / Security)

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on Windows‑based systems administration, security, and networking to join our technology team.

Key Responsibilities

- Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows systems (Linux is a plus).

- Management of RDWeb environments and user support.

- Administration and operation of VMware infrastructures.

- Configuration, management, and segmentation of corporate network environments.

- Implementation and management of network assets, including Cisco and Fortinet switching and firewalls.

- Deployment and operation of information security tools such as Qualys, PingCastle, CrowdStrike Falcon, and SIEM solutions.

- Support in compliance and security audits.

- Monitoring and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructures.

Required Profile

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field.

- Proven experience in Microsoft Windows systems administration.

- Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware).

- Strong experience with switching and firewalling (Cisco and Fortinet), including network segmentation.

- Familiarity with security and vulnerability management tools (Qualys, PingCastle, CrowdStrike Falcon / SIEM).

- Knowledge of information security standards and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

- Strong problem‑solving skills, autonomy, and teamwork mindset.

- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
