Infrastructure Tech Lead

We are looking for an Infrastructure Tech Lead to join the team of our client - a reference company in the industry sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

- Integrate the infrastructure team to develop and implement OT (operational technology), ensuring the efficient and secure connectivity between industrial and corporate environments and addressing industrial networks and systems projects;

- Planning and implementing OT networks, ensuring segmentation, redundancy and high availability;

- Design, configure and maintain industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP, etc.);

- Integrating IT/OT industrial sytems;

- Implementing security policies aligned with IEC 62443;

- Ensure the management and security of networks;

- Monitor the traffic and performance of OT networks;

- Apply hardening and firewalls management, VLANs and VPNs;

- Manage servers, virtualization and systems (SCADA/MES);

- Ensure backups, updated and alignment with cibersecurity policies;

- Support and troubleshooting;

- Support operation teams in solving incidents related to connectivity and OT systems, ensuring documentation and procedures;

- Elaborate technical documentation, network diagrams and operational procedures.

What is required from you?

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Automation or a related field;

- Minimum of 03 years of experience in industrial environments (factories, automation processes, SCADA, HMI);

- Proven experience in network management and security (switching, routing, firewalls);

- Knowledge in system administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, virtualization);

- Knowledge in industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, Modbus);

- Knowledge in industrial control systems, data acquisition and storage systems and network and systems management and monitorization tools;

- Knowledge in cybersecurity applied to OT, according to NIS2;

- Ability to manage services and suppliers (contracts,SLAs, performance), overseeing OT projects with external suppliers;

- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, proactivity and orientation to goals and results;

- Training and certifications in Cisco CCNA/CCNP (networks), ISA/IEC 62443 (OT security), CompTIA Security+ or similar, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) will be valued;

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
