We are looking for a CRM Executive to join the team of our client - a reference portuguese company in the gaming sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

- Create and maintain CRM campaigns with the sending of communications via e-mail, SMS, push and inbox.

- Manage and segmentate clients' databases.

- Analyze and optimize campaigns in order to improve conversion and retention.

- Create automatized cycles of communication for conversion and reactivation.

- Cooperate with other departments to ensure the efficiency of CRM strategies.

What is required from you?

- Degree in Marketing, Information Management, Engineering or similar.

- Minimum of 02 years of experience in a CRM role.

- Knowledge of conversion, retention and reactivation indicators.

- Good analytical and results evaluation skills.

- Good knowledge of Excel and IMS tools.

- Experience in web products management will be valued.

- Experience in the gaming area will be valued.

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
