Job Title: Automation Tester

About the Role

We are looking for an Automation Tester to join our team in Porto - Maia, working within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in automated testing, quality assurance processes, and continuous integration environments, contributing to the quality and reliability of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality assurance testing using automated techniques and continuous integration practices.

- Define, design, and execute test plans, including regression testing and compliance processes.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as SOAPUI or equivalent.

- Translate functional requirements into detailed test cases and testing documentation.

- Contribute to improving testing processes, standards, and automation strategies.

- Collaborate with development and project teams to ensure software quality and performance.

- Work effectively within tight deadlines and iterative delivery cycles.

Required Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technologies, or relevant professional technical training.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing roles, particularly in automation testing.

- Experience with:

- Test automation tools such as SOAPUI or equivalent

- Robot Framework, Selenium, TestLink or similar tools

- Process modelling (UML)

- Atlassian platforms such as Jira and Confluence or equivalent

- ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification or equivalent.

- Strong ability to produce documentation and define test cases based on functional requirements.

- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and creativity to help improve automation testing processes and standards.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

- Strong team spirit, responsibility, and commitment.

- Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
