🔎 We are looking for a Microsoft 365 / Exchange Administrator with:

  • Experience managing and maintaining Exchange Online, On-Premises, and hybrid environments
  • Administration of Microsoft 365, including mail flow, connectors, policies, and anti-spam
  • Solid knowledge in compliance: DLP, AIP, Retention Policies, and Microsoft Purview
  • Monitoring performance, availability, and security of email services
  • Implementation of email, retention and compliance policies
  • Diagnosing and resolving incidents (mail flow, access, and system errors)
  • Experience with Exchange Online Protection (EOP), spam filtering, and threat management
  • Management of onboarding/offboarding, creating mailboxes, and licensing
  • Integration of email systems with other business applications
  • Ensuring data protection and disaster recovery strategies
  • Documentation of procedures, configurations, and changes

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or similar areas.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Promodag
  • Good knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, and PowerShell (groups, roles, conditional access)
  • Experience in email security and compliance (DLP, AIP, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Purview)
  • Experience in task automation (provisioning, reporting, policies)
  • Knowledge of Azure for managing Microsoft 365 workloads
  • Ability to develop internal scripts
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-203) are valued
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
