🎯 Your role

• Administer and maintain cloud infrastructures across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Provision and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code
• Develop, maintain and improve Terraform configurations
• Configure and manage cloud networking components, including VNets, VPCs, VPNs, firewalls and security groups
• Manage identities, permissions and access controls using IAM and RBAC
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability and security
• Analyse logs and troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, application and performance issues
• Work with tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and AWS CloudWatch
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery and high-availability solutions
• Support hybrid and multi-cloud environments combining on-premises infrastructure with cloud services
• Collaborate with development and operations teams on CI/CD and DevOps initiatives
• Support the implementation and maintenance of deployment pipelines
• Ensure compliance with cloud security, governance and operational best practices
• Identify opportunities to optimise cloud costs through right-sizing, autoscaling and resource optimisation
• Document cloud architectures, operational processes and technical procedures

🧠 What we are looking for

Technical profile:

• Professional experience administering cloud environments
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, storage, compute and monitoring
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Experience troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure and networking issues
• Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including IAM and RBAC
• Experience working with monitoring and logging tools
• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, resilience and high-availability principles
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Contact with tools such as GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar
• Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud environments
• Knowledge of cloud cost management and optimisation practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese

Nice to have:

• Experience with containers and orchestration technologies
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service — AKS
• Experience with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service — EKS
• Experience working in critical or highly available technology environments
• Previous experience in banking, payments, financial services or transactional environments
• Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS or Terraform
• Familiarity with cloud governance, security and compliance frameworks
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash or Python

📍 Opportunity details

• Location: Alfragide, Portugal
• Availability: Immediate or up to 30 days
• Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
• Equipment provided for the project
