Busines process analyst

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst (Appian) for this project!

Responsibilities

- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements using Appian-based applications

- Perform end-to-end testing for new application features and enhancements

- Provide end-user support for live applications, ensuring continuity and issue resolution

- Document and communicate process changes, including process flows, SOPs, and performance metrics, to stakeholders

What are we looking for?

- Hands-on experience with business process modeling and mapping tools (process flows, SOPs, KPIs)

- First significant experience with Appian-based applications (Business Analyst or Process Consultant context)

- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks

- Experience in end-to-end testing of application features and enhancements

- Ability to document, communicate, and present process changes to key stakeholders
