We are looking for a ServiceNow L3 Developer to join a hybrid project in Sintra, Lisbon.

Salary range: up to 40.900€ annual gross.

Profile:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture within multi-module environments.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Python, SQL, XML, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Deep understanding of REST/SOAP Web Services, system integrations, and process automation.
  • Proven experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP) and Infrastructure Automation (Ansible, Terraform).
  • Exposure to ServiceNow Orchestration, containers/cloud (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS/AKS), and ITIL frameworks (ServiceNow certification preferred).
  • Professional fluency in English (mandatory); French language skills are a plus.
  • Availability for a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive automation solutions for application support, infrastructure deployments, monitoring, and proactive alerting.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow platform enhancements, complex integrations, and automated self-service capabilities.
  • Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, release coordination, and production deployment cycles.
  • Develop internal support tools, operational reports, metrics, and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with onsite, offshore, IT infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
