We are looking for a Project Manager – Facilities & Real Estate for our team.

What we expect from you

You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our corporate buildings in Lisbon, with responsibilities including:

• Contract Management of Hard Facilities: Manage and monitor technical maintenance contracts, tracking SLAs/KPIs.
• Legal Compliance and Audits: Coordinate technical audits and legal inspections.
• Utilities Control, Energy Efficiency, and ESG: Monitor utility consumption.
• Project Management and Real Estate/Real Assets: Manage improvement and modernization projects.

Who we are looking for

• Higher academic training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnical or Industrial Management.
• Professional experience between 2 and 3 years in facilities, technical maintenance, energy or real estate management.
• Solid knowledge of energy efficiency and utilities management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
