We are looking for a Project Manager – Facilities & Real Estate for our team, focusing on the management of hard facilities, legal compliance, energy efficiency, and sustainability (ESG) of our real estate portfolio. You will play a crucial role in the management of three large corporate buildings in Lisbon (approximately 30,000 m²), in the heart of the TELCO sector.

What we expect from you

You will have a key role in managing and optimizing our corporate buildings in Lisbon, with responsibilities that include:

  • Contract Management of Hard Facilities: Manage and follow up on technical maintenance contracts (HVAC, energy, security, SCI), monitoring SLAs/KPIs and optimizing supplier performance;
  • Legal Compliance and Audits: Coordinate technical audits and legal inspections, ensuring compliance with legislation on security, energy, and the environment, and manage associated documentation and action plans;
  • Utilities Control, Energy Efficiency, and ESG: Monitor utility consumption, propose and implement measures to reduce carbon footprint, and support the definition, monitoring, and reporting of sustainability and energy efficiency goals;
  • Project Management and Real Estate Assets: Manage improvement, modernization, and infrastructure optimization projects, supporting investment planning (CAPEX) and the life cycle of real estate assets.

Who we are looking for

  • Higher academic education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Industrial Management, Environment, or similar field;
  • Professional experience of 2 to 3 years in facilities, technical maintenance, energy, or real estate/asset management, with proven experience in technical audits and legal compliance monitoring;
  • Solid knowledge of energy efficiency, utilities management, and sensitivity to sustainability issues and ESG policies;
  • Strong experience in the preparation and critical analysis of Performance Indicators;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and project management skills;
  • Asset management skills and ability to manage Hard Facilities contracts.
