NOS is recruiting a Paid Media Expert for the Digital Team.

What we expect from you

• Define acquisition, conversion, and remarketing strategies aligned with business objectives;
• Manage Paid Media campaigns on different platforms, ensuring performance and investment efficiency;
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS) and propose continuous improvement actions;
• Create reports and monitoring dashboards for internal stakeholders;
• Work together with the CRO and Content teams to maximize results;
• Test new approaches, formats, and audiences, contributing to the innovation in the Paid Media area.

Who we are looking for

• Academic background in Marketing, Management, Communication, Engineering, or similar;
• 2 years of experience in managing Paid Media campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Social);
• Creation, optimization, and analysis of multichannel campaigns;
• Management of media agency;
• Investment planning and monitoring of results;
• Creation of dashboards and performance reporting;
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications;
• Experience with Performance campaigns;
• Basic knowledge of CRO and UX;
• Knowledge in GA4 and conversion modeling.
• Great interest and curiosity, exposure and sensitivity to communication, analytical skills, and stakeholder management;
• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork skills;
• Excellent communication skills and relational competencies;
• Ability to influence, resilience, and proactivity.
