In order to continue enhancing the internal experience and operational efficiency, we are strengthening our People Operationsteam with an Organizational Transformation Consultant.

What we expect from you

• Actively participate in cross-functional and transformational projects in the areas of HR, facilities, and fleet, focused on improving the internal and external customer experience, and increasing operational efficiency;
• Support the identification and implementation of technological and artificial intelligence solutions that enhance how we manage people, spaces, and fleet (e.g., process automation, decision support, experience improvement);
• Apply analytical and value-capture skills in the design, development, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives;
• Ensure a constant focus on internal (people and business areas) and external customers, bringing their voice into decisions;
• Work with Agile methodologies and more traditional project management models, choosing the best approach for each challenge;
• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams (HR, operations, IT, finance, external partners, etc.) to ensure organizational alignment and delivery of results;
• Monitor the life cycle of initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and maximizing the generated impact;
• Structure, present, and communicate results to different internal stakeholders, supporting decision-making with clear data and insights.

Who we are looking for

• Higher education in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or similar fields;
• 2 to 4 years of experience in hybrid functional and technological projects, ideally in highly complex contexts (consulting, large companies, or cross-functional projects);
• Experience or strong interest in organization and processes (e.g., organizational design, governance models, continuous improvement);
• Strong ability to manage and mobilize people, even without hierarchical authority;
• High self-learning ability and focus on personal and professional development;
• High analytical focus, with the ability to structure problems into logical blocks and raise/test hypotheses;
• High level of dynamism, initiative, and willingness to challenge the status quo, paired with strong resilience;
• Good communication skills, translating concepts and complex analyses into simple and actionable language;
• Ease of interpersonal relationships and building good working relationships with multidisciplinary teams;
• Strong customer orientation and business sense, always linking solutions to the real impact on operations and the experience of people.
