NOS Alfa is NOS's trainee program and is divided into 3 main areas - Biz (marketing, project management, continuous improvement, logistics, sales,...), Tech (mobile and fixed networks, software development, automation,...) and Data (data science, data engineering, analytical project management).

The program lasts 12 months, during which you will have the opportunity to go through two different areas of NOS (6 months in each). You will also be able to develop your talent and expand your knowledge through our Alfas' specific training plan, a buddies program, and a mentorship program.
