In order to continue ensuring and evolving the services we provide to our customers, we are strengthening our Network team with a Network Services Delivery Manager for the Network Department.

What we expect from you

- Lead and motivate the Network team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Coordinate the execution of strategic projects and the processing of requests, ensuring compliance with deadlines and standards of excellence.

- Monitor the team's KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Encourage innovation through digitization and automation of processes, making operations more efficient, agile, and future-ready.

- Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies in networks, driving the ongoing evolution of our activities.

Who we are looking for

- Academic background in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent areas.

- More than 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with a strong focus on networking and/or service configuration.

- Strong knowledge of internal management and orchestration systems and tools, as well as service configurations in network elements.

- Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented profile, with leadership ability and team motivation.

- Experience in digital transformation environments, with a willingness to tackle challenges related to digitization and process automation.
