What we expect from you

• Develop projects for the implementation of innovative solutions and services, aiming to optimize user experience and the efficiency of workspaces, buildings, and infrastructure.
• Design and manage improvement projects for buildings and facilities, including strategic analysis of proposals and negotiation with suppliers.
• Define and plan the portfolio of services and products available under the Facilities policies, and monitor/support the contracting process.
• Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and various stakeholders, promoting strategic and efficient partnerships.
• Actively participate in the preparation and management of the annual budget for the area, ensuring strict cost control and execution of action plans for NOS buildings.
• Monitor the evolution of actual costs against the budget, and prepare regular operational and performance reports, controlling the KPIs and SLAs of service providers.

Who we are looking for

• Higher academic education in Engineering, Management, Industrial Management, Economics, or similar area.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the area of Facilities Management.
• Negotiation skills and ability to manage large contracts and budgets.
• Solid experience in the preparation and critical analysis of reports and performance KPIs.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
