In this regard, we aim to strengthen the team with an internship in Business Continuity & Crisis Management for the Risk and Compliance area.

What we expect from you:

• Manage projects and initiatives to strengthen the Crisis Management Plan, ensuring cross-control of actions;
• Actively collaborate with multiple areas of the organization, ensuring coordination and alignment;
• Develop, document, automate, and maintain crisis management procedures for various scenarios, such as high-impact events, critical clients, security/privacy incidents, among others;
• Study and propose solutions, including feasibility and cost analysis, to enhance resources for crisis management (e.g., crisis rooms, alternative communications, notification tools);
• Support in preparation and participate in training sessions and crisis management drills.

Who we are looking for:

• Higher education in Industrial Engineering and Management, Management, or similar areas;
• Functional skills in Business Process Development/Automation, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM);
• Ability to structure, systematize, and analyze problems/needs and solutions/recommendations;
• Communication and interaction skills with technological and non-technological areas;
• Advanced knowledge or experience in Excel, PowerBI, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
