Process and Automation Engineer in a Telco Context

We are looking for a Process and Automation Engineer in a Telco context to join the certification, delivery, and technology eligibility team. The team is responsible for certifying terminal equipment and delivering solutions, assessing the respective technical conditions for the provision of fixed, mobile, and datacenter services. With a profile strongly oriented towards delivery and satisfying the needs of B2C and B2B Clients, efficiency and quality of processes and tools are a constant imperative in this challenge.

What we expect from you

• Analysis and mapping of processes (AS-IS / TO-BE / GAP Analysis).
• Identification of improvement opportunities, simplification, and automation of processes.
• Translation of opportunities into functional and technical requirements, with a high level of technological implementation.
• Working closely with operational teams, building indicators and observation mechanisms.

Who we are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in process analysis, business analysis or similar roles.
• Academic training in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Business Analytics.
• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN or equivalent).
• Experience or contact with process automation (RPA, workflows, low-code/no-code).
• Ability to create functional and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience in PowerBI, SQL, Scripting, and Microservices architectures.
• (Optional): RPA tools and low-code platforms (UiPath, Power Platform, OutSystems, among others).
• (Optional): knowledge of telecommunications networks, namely FTTH, HFC, and mobile networks.
