Noesis is looking for the following profile:

- Dynamics AX Consultant (2009/2012) with solid experience in Trade & Logistics modules, capable of acting in projects and support, ensuring operational efficiency in invoicing, purchasing, sales, inventory, EDI integrations, and data import via Data Import Export Framework (DIXF).

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Parameterization and support in the modules:

- Accounts Receivable (AR) – Invoices, tax documents, tax parameters;

- Accounts Payable (AP) – Purchase orders, receipt, supplier invoices;

- Sales & Marketing – Sales orders, prices, deliveries;

- Inventory & Warehouse Management – Inventory, reservations, batch/serial, transfers;

- Ensure integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance in processes.

- Configuration and troubleshooting of NF-e, NFC-e, CT-e, and tax integrations.

- Support routines for access keys, CFOP, CST, tax rates, and rules.

- Integrations (EDI / ESB / 3PL).

- Analysis and support for messages:

- ORDERS;

- DESADV;

- INVOIC;

- RECADV;

- Integrations with logistics operators (3PL);

- Schema validation, error handling, end-to-end testing.

- Follow-up with VAN, partners, and ESB.

- Data Import and Manipulation (DIXF / AIF / CSV).

- Configuration and execution of import templates.

- Data sanitization and reconciliation of inconsistencies.

- Creation and documentation of load templates (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Prices, Inventory, etc.).

- Incident analysis, root cause identification, and implementation of definitive solutions.

- Process mapping and proposing improvements.

- Functional documentation and training for key users.

Requirements:

- Master end-to-end processes: purchase stock sale invoicing.

- EDI.

- Minimum experience: 3 years.

- Good spoken and written English proficiency.

- Proven experience in Dynamics AX 2009 and/or AX 2012.

- Mastery in modules: AR / AP / Sales / Procurement / Inventory / Warehouse.

- Experience with tax and invoicing areas.

- Practical experience with EDI (preferably ORDERS, INVOIC, DESADV).

- Experience with DIXF: creation, maintenance, and execution of import projects.

- Ability to interpret AX tables, relationships, and data structure.

- Analytical, structured, and problem-solving profile.

- Good communication skills with business areas.

Desired knowledge in:

- TIBCO / BizTalk.

- Integrations with logistics operators.

- Tax projects and legal adaptations.

Location: Lisbon, 3x a week in the office.
