Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM platform, including workflows, forms, Service Catalog, automations, integrations, and platform upgrades;
  • Support the resolution of complex platform incidents and contribute to continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and security;
  • Collaborate with Service Management teams and the Product Manager to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ITSM Platform Engineer or in a similar role;
  • Strong technical expertise in the ServiceNow ITSM platform, including configuration, customization, and platform capabilities;
  • Proven experience in platform customization, scripting, and API integrations;
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks, with the ability to apply them in a practical and technical context;
  • Proactivity and dynamism;
  • Organizational and communication skills.
