Senior java developer

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot, focusing on high-throughput, low-latency, and cloud-native resilience;
• Write unit, integration, and contract tests (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers) while supporting QA teams in test automation efforts;
• Collaborate with architects, SRE, and security teams on technical design, refinements, code reviews, and observability (logging, tracing, metrics);
• Perform root cause analysis for development/QA environments and act as L3 support for complex production incident resolution.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development and core concepts (concurrency, memory management, Spring Boot ecosystem);
• Solid hands-on experience with distributed cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker/Podman, Kubernetes), and event-driven patterns;
• Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL, or NewSQL databases (example: MongoDB, CockroachDB) and messaging/resilience patterns (circuit breakers, idempotency);
• Experience with modern CI/CD practices, DevSecOps, and observability frameworks;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams (QA, SRE, Business, Security);
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset for mission-critical and financial systems.
