Noesis is looking for the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement scalable, secure, and optimized cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, automation);
  • Act as a technical trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for modernization and digital innovation;
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineering, infrastructure, automation) ensuring technical coherence and alignment with business objectives;
  • Support the pre-sales and consulting process by creating technical proposals, presentations, and effort estimates;
  • Design migration and cloud transformation roadmaps, including hybrid or multi-cloud strategies;
  • Promote best practices in governance, security, automation, and cost optimization;
  • Mentor internal teams, promoting knowledge sharing and technical development;
  • Explore and integrate AI and ML solutions in GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AI Platform, generative AI) in concrete business scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in architecting and implementing cloud solutions with specialization in Azure and GCP;
  • Proficiency in core components: landing zones, governance, networks, identity, security, and automation;
  • Practical experience with Infra as Code (Terraform);
  • Experience in migrating and modernizing workloads (rehost, replatform, refactor);
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, GKE) is a plus;
  • Applied knowledge of AI/ML and data analytics services in GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Pub/Sub) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, technical storytelling, and client relationship;
  • Strong results orientation and strategic business vision;
  • Collaborative leadership, with the ability to manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams;
  • Proactive, autonomous, and innovative profile, with a strong sense of technical responsibility;
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore new cloud and AI technologies.

Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer);
  • Experience in generative AI projects or integration of LLM models in enterprise environments.
