Description

Noesis is looking for a Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B) and/or Marketing Cloud, to join a growing team and lead workstreams in large multi-cloud projects.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional and technical analysis in B2C/B2B Commerce Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud implementations;
  • Configure and develop solutions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (storefront, catalogs, checkout, integrations);
  • Implement journeys, automations, and segmentation in Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder);
  • Collaborate with architects and integration teams (MuleSoft/APIs) on multi-cloud projects;
  • Support pre-sales and effort estimation on business opportunities;
  • Mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Academic training in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or similar areas;
  • Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience with Salesforce on real implementation projects;
  • Proven experience in one of the following tracks, with at least one end-to-end project:
  • Track A - Commerce Cloud: B2C implementation (SFRA/Headless) and/or B2B Commerce; development with SCAPI/OCAPI; integrations with ERP, PIM, and payment means;
  • Track B - Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio; AMPscript and SSJS development; segmentation and Data Extensions; integrations via Marketing Cloud APIs.
  • Cross-knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud);
  • Hybrid profile: comfortable in both functional analysis and technical development;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.

Certifications (valued)

  • Track A: B2C Commerce Developer or B2B Commerce Administrator/Developer;
  • Track B: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant;
  • Core Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder).
