Description
Noesis is looking for a Salesforce Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience on the platform, motivated to grow in a leading company and actively contribute to CRM implementation projects for clients from various sectors.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis, development, and configuration of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Revenue Cloud);
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams in implementing business requirements;
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems;
- Contribute to the technical and functional documentation of projects;
- Develop skills in the Salesforce ecosystem with support from a senior team.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or similar areas;
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Salesforce (real implementation projects);
- Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce data model;
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or SQL;
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification (mandatory); Developer I (valued);
- Knowledge of real environment implementation of Agentforce (valued);
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Availability to work in a hybrid regime.
