Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

- Assist in implementing and maintaining observability and monitoring solutions.

- Create and update basic dashboards, alerts, and reports.

- Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (nice to have), Datadog, Grafana, or PRTG.

- Support the team in troubleshooting monitoring-related production issues.

- Help document observability setups and best practices.

- Work with development and operations teams to support observability in CI/CD pipelines.

- Learn and apply observability best practices and tools.

Technical Skills:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (plus).

- Entry-level experience (internship, trainee, or up to 1–2 years) in monitoring, observability, DevOps, or IT operations.

- Basic understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, monitoring, alerts).

- Familiarity with at least one monitoring/observability tool (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar).

- Basic knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure.

- Interest in software development and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

- Understanding of development tools.
