Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the vision and roadmap of Service Management products and services;
  • Work closely with stakeholders in IT, operations, security, compliance, and suppliers, translating strategic objectives into concrete and prioritized initiatives;
  • Define and monitor value metrics, manage trade-offs, validate hypotheses with data, and ensure that solutions evolve in a sustainable manner;

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or similar;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership;
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL, ISTM/ESM frameworks;
  • Previous experience in IT or Service Management environment;
  • Ability to understand incident, request, problem, change and asset management processes;
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving ability.
